We absolutely loved the Fijian staff at Outrigger they were like family it was like being at home, massive shout out to the staff at Vale Ni Kana our lovely Fijian mum Marica there she was so loving and nurturing and her hospitality was amazing and the staff at Vakavanua Lounge especially our bros Malakai and Manasa (apologies if the names aren't spelt right) always coming through for us the 5 crazy loud dancing tongan ladies with our drink orders and the rest of the staff there too who we got to see most nights when we'd come through there they were all excellent at their jobs and we are thankful everyone let us be and made it comfortable for all, also do not want to forget the awesome staff that were always posted out at front reception and the entry lobby, the bro Sola or Saula (sorry if the names wrong) always checking on us and even right up to the awesome housekeeping staff too, everyone we got to know there were amazing people and a separate SHOUT OUT to our cousin Josh and his cool aerobics dance moves lol and last shout out to the bros in Security at Outrigger evening shifts for helping my sister Lolo find her mobile phone.

Everyone at the Outrigger was so helpful and always happy and cheerful!!!! Best service!!! Great range of restaurants with the buffet having theme nights!!! Pools catered for all age groups from baby to adults only pool!! Our kids 8 and 11 loved the inflatable and slide whilst we had cocktails by the pool! Beach is clean so we snorkelled!!! We also went to the local village by local bus that was a great experience! The Bebe spa is so tranquil especially the position if it overlooking all of outrigger!! Locals selling custom made jewellery were so friendly as were the hair braided! Very sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!!!!

Tropical architecture picturesque resort. Snorkeling was complimentary and very fun. Staff always greet you with a smile and "Bula" (especially the guys at the front gate, each and every time, without fail)! Butler service was amazing, thank you Pojie! Friendly Buggy porters to transport you to wherever on the resort - thank you John (for your stories too!) And Nilesh for enjoyable buggy rides!. Kids club was fun for the children - thank you Maria and staff! Food at Ivi (Mix grill platter) and Sundowner (prime ribs and grilled river prawns) had exceptional flavour

Am amazing resort with everything you could possibly need. Staff were amazing, especially Josh, who was poolside. So many activities for all ages. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My teenagers were not bored for a minute, they had a great time. Rooms were lovely and cleaned every day. Each restaurant was fantastic, with amazing food.

Staff was super nice - but I didn't see one place in Fiji where the people were not nice:) There are two really great restaurants (crab shak / beach bar and grill) just next to the resort (accessible via beach) - for some variation.
